Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadSynced.ink
("Platform", "we", "us"). By logging in or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have
authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Platform Scope & Purpose
LeadSynced.ink is exclusively a consulting lead management platform.
It is designed to receive, track, assign, and manage leads generated from consulting-related advertising
campaigns (Meta Ads, Network Ads, and similar sources).
What the Platform is for
- Receiving and organising consulting service leads from paid advertising campaigns
- Assigning leads to sales agents for follow-up contact
- Logging calls, comments, and appointments related to consulting lead qualification
- Generating performance reports for offices, managers, and agents
- Tracking lead status from first contact through to conversion or closure
What the Platform is NOT for
- Managing leads outside the consulting industry
- Storing, processing, or sharing personal data beyond what is necessary for lead management
- Any form of spam, unsolicited marketing, or cold contact to individuals who have not expressed interest
- Sharing lead data with third parties not involved in the consulting sales process
All leads on this platform are individuals who have voluntarily submitted their information
through an advertisement or campaign promoting consulting services. They are to be treated with respect
and contacted only in relation to the consulting service they enquired about.
Access & Accounts
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. Accounts are created by an administrator and are personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
- You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accounts may be deactivated at any time by an administrator without prior notice
- You may not share your account with another person or allow others to use your credentials
- Role-based access (Admin, Manager, Agent) determines what data and features you can see and use
Acceptable Use
When using LeadSynced.ink you agree to:
- Contact leads only about the consulting service they expressed interest in
- Log accurate call outcomes, comments, and appointment information
- Keep all lead data confidential and not export or share it outside authorised channels
- Treat all leads with professionalism and in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security features
- Not introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.
Liability & Disclaimers
LeadSynced.ink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted
availability, and we are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting
from Platform downtime or errors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. Material changes
to these Terms will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the
amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadSynced.ink collects, uses, and protects personal data processed
through the Platform. We are committed to handling all personal data in accordance with applicable
data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
We only process personal data that is strictly necessary for managing consulting leads.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties.
Data We Collect
Lead Data
When a consulting lead is imported or received from an advertising campaign, we store:
- Name, email address, and phone number provided voluntarily via the ad form
- Country / region of the lead
- The campaign and source they came from (e.g. Meta Ads, Network Ads)
- Any additional message submitted with their enquiry
This data is used only to facilitate follow-up contact regarding the consulting service enquired about.
User / Staff Data
For each Platform user (admin, manager, agent) we store:
- Name and work email address
- Encrypted password (bcrypt — never stored in plain text)
- Office assignment and role
- Activity logs (calls made, comments added, status changes) for audit and performance tracking
Activity & Audit Logs
All actions on leads — status changes, call logs, comments, appointments, reassignments — are recorded
with a timestamp and the user who performed the action. These logs are permanent and cannot be deleted
by agents or managers. This ensures full accountability and traceability.
Data Retention
- Lead data is retained for as long as the lead is active in the system or until an administrator removes it
- User accounts are retained until deactivated or deleted by an administrator
- Activity logs are retained indefinitely for audit purposes
- You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting the platform administrator
If you are a lead whose data has been collected through an advertising campaign and you wish to exercise
your right to erasure (GDPR Article 17), please contact us using the details below.
Cookies
LeadSynced.ink uses a single session cookie to maintain your logged-in state. This cookie is essential
for the Platform to function and is deleted when you log out or close your browser. We do not use
tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored or transmitted
in plain text. Database access is restricted to authorised server processes only.
